ADVANTAGE RENT A CAR REVAMPS EASY RENTAL PROGRAM
SAN ANTONIO, Texas (December 2004). Advantage Rent A Car announced their preferred rental program, Easy Rental, has been enhanced through quicker processing and more visible signage at all their U.S. airport locations. Renters with an Easy ID number are qualified to use the program, free. Easy Rental offers those preferred customers a service level that will expedite their rental experience to include designated customer support teams, preprinted contracts, pre-assigned vehicles at specific locations, and state of the art automation using handheld check-in devices.
“Easy Rental is free to all of our customers and completely automated to the point that it does not even require a sign-up process. Our customers just input their Easy ID during the reservation process and head straight for our express lines. We continue to strive to provide the best value and level of service possible to our customers,” says Monte Ramey, director of sales and marketing. “Easy Rental was designed to make renting a car as easy and efficient as possible for our customers. We feel these new enhancements help us accomplish just that.”
The revamped Easy Rental program is available at all major airports that Advantage services and plans for expansion throughout the company are scheduled for 2005.
