How Does the System Work?
You retain your own name and identity (thus saving you the costs of re-branding your locations), and you only need to provide adequate signage as an Advantage affiliate, so that clients can find your offices.

Through a simple internet connection, you will have access to view and download your reservations, manage rates, and print reports of your rentals through us.

You can manage your rates in real-time, adjusting for peaks and valleys, blackout periods and promotional offers. Full training will be provided in our systems and procedures.

All commissions and fees payable to travel agents and other reservation portals are handled by Advantage, so administration is limited and simple. You will have access to a support help center to assist you with any difficulties or questions.

Contract period is initially for 12 months in order to see if this system works for you.


Qualification Criteria
To be considered for an Advantage affiliate location, you should be an independent car rental operator with a minimum of five years experience providing quality rental car service at popular destinations in your country such as airports, train stations and bus terminals.

You should offer clean, newer (one- to two-year) model cars and friendly customer service.
